At RigSuppy, we work hard to get your order processed and delivered as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Processing times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, periods of high order volume, or when additional verification is required. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available. Tracking updates are provided and may take time to appear after a shipment has been created.

Delivery times vary depending on the product, warehouse location, carrier, destination, and other factors outside our control. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, all delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

RigSuppy currently ships to customers within the United States. 

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. RigSuppy is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, or property management personnel. If additional assistance is needed, please contact our support team and we will do our best to help investigate the issue.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged packaging and product. We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Shipping charges, when applicable, are displayed during checkout before your order is finalized. Any promotional shipping offers are subject to change or termination without notice.
